Mulch Giveaway All May!

To all Blair County Residents - The Inter-municipal Relations Committee is offering mulch to all Blair County Residents for the month of May, 2023, at NO charge. Residents may come to our Buckhorn and Duncansville Facilities, during operating hours only, and receive up to 5 yards of mulch per resident per day at no charge. Mulch must be picked up as the IRC will not be able to accommodate deliveries at this time.

The Buckhorn Facility, located at 1860 Black Snake Road in Dysart, is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 10 am - 5pm and Saturday from 9 am - 3 pm, an our Duncansville Facility, located at 16906 Dunnings Highway in Duncansville, is open from 12 pm-5pm on Tuesday only.
